Fees and Charges is an innovative and cost-effective subscription service that enables you to benchmark your fees and charges against the latest information from other councils across the country

​

Councils are facing hard financial challenges and creating a balanced budget is becoming increasingly difficult.  We have worked with over 90 councils and find that often the easiest way to increase income is through fees and charges.

 

This benchmarking tool, the only one in the UK, gives you the power to identify areas that others are charging differently to you in, helping to create an evidence base for policy decisions and potentially increase income generated.

 

The data set is comprehensive and covers the fee areas that generate the most income for councils and gives you the power to benchmark outside of the normal neighbours, to identify emerging practice in other parts of the country.
